Marketing and Communication Coordinator
The Marketing and Program team is responsible for maintaining visitation levels from key local, interstate and international markets as well as delivering a world class program of activities including events and activities.
Opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communication Coordinator to join the Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Program Manager: Marketing + Communication responsibilities will include supporting in the areas of marketing and tourism tactics, marketing Federation Square’s public program, marketing information collection, analysis and dissemination; and specific public relations and publicity initiatives.
Skills required include proven capacity to work in a multifaceted marketing and communications environment; desire to build skills in marketing planning and management; strong experience with traditional and online media outlets; excellent communications skills (including written) and interpersonal skills; competence in time management where multiple tasks require prioritisation and simultaneous attention; strong capability to support the establishment of community, corporate and event related networks; and experience producing online content using content management systems and social media platforms.
Package $60,000pa including superannuation.
Occasional out of hours work and availability for afterhours work is required.
