Community Participation Creative Producer
Opportunity has arisen for a Community Participation Creative Producer (.4FTE July – December and full time January – June) role to work on Fed Square’s annual The Light in Winter program. Reporting to the Manager – Creative Projects, responsibilities will include consolidating existing community participation, expanding community engagement and overseeing the development and production of the Solstice Celebration event. The incumbent will be required to empower community participants to achieve high quality artistic and public outcomes, activate partnerships with external organisations to develop the program and further genuine community cultural development in partner communities.
Skills required include at least 4 years experience in developing and facilitating community arts projects, complementary experience working in a multifaceted artistic, cultural and event based environment, strong communication (including written) and interpersonal skills and excellent time management will be required.
Package $60,000 per annum pro rata including superannuation. Some out of hours work and availability for after hours contact is required.
