Positions Available 


Tenant Liaison


Reporting to the Manager Corporate Services and working with a cross functional team this role is pivotal to building and maintaining constructive relationships with a diverse range of tenants. You will assist in the achievement of business and service goals as well as implementing strategies around lease obligations, compliance and monitoring individual tenancy KPI’s. The role is also involved in the facilitation of legal documentation and tenancy fit outs. This role is a mix of “hands on” and strategic work, and you may also be involved in contributing to the improvement of business practices and special projects from time to time. To be a success in this role, the following attributes are required:

  • Experience in a retail tenancy environment
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Assertive negotiation style and proactive nature
  • Attention to detail and follow up
