Enjoy a free taste of Melbourne's exhibitions, films, galleries and cultural rarities at Fed Square with this weekly behind-the-scenes snapshot - all neatly explained for the time poor or conversationally challenged.
Just look for the 10 Minute Culture Fix signs located at the entrance to The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia and ACMI for directions on how to find these very special works.

Shadow Monsters, 2005 Interactive installation Created by Philip Worthington
Philip Worthington's Shadow Monsters is a playful real-time interactive experience. Creatures are formed from the silhouettes of participants, evoking childhood memories of standing in front of a projected light and casting shadows on a wall. Exhibition visitors are invited to perform in front of a large-scale light box. A camera captures your shadow and is inputted into a computer which projects the transformed shapes onto a screen.
