Lose Yourself in Baked Goods and Knitwear at Markit + BakeSale

Markit + BakeSale is a one-day shopping extravaganza held only once a year in The Atrium and Deakin Edge theatre at Fed Square. Now in its 10th year, Markit + BakeSale has become a much-loved event on the Melburnian calendar. See the work of over 100 Australian ceramicists, jewellers, fashion designers, illustrators and more while sampling some of Melbourne’s best food and coffee from our new BakeSale.

Parking
Federation Square has its own multi-level car park, accessible from Russell Street or Batman Ave (Exhibition Street extension – City Link). Accessible parking spaces are located next to the lift on each level

Cafe
Markit + BakeSale has its own cafe area located downstairs in the Deakin Edge Theatre, featuring a selection of our favourite local food icons. There is plenty of seating available where shoppers can relax and refuel.

Access for visitors with disabilities
Federation Square has accessible parking and toilets. There are lifts available within the Atrium and Deakin Edge Theatre.

Public toilets and baby change facilities
The nearest public toilets and baby-change facilities at Markit + BakeSale are located in the Atrium, near the info desk.

Cash/credit card/EFTPOS facilities
Many of our stallholders have credit card and EFTPOS facilities at their stalls. The nearest ATM machine is located in the 7-Eleven at Fed Square.
