Celebrate the flavours of each incoming season at Fed Square’s quarterly tasting event, Flavour Exchange. 


Here’s your opportunity to explore Victoria’s superb wine, beer and cider and enjoy sensational seasonal produce while meeting all the producers, winemakers and growers. Work your way through the tasting trail, hear the stories behind these much-loved local products and purchase your favourites directly from the producer. 



Spring 2014 


Skip into spring with Flavour Exchange in September. Indulge in cheeses from local dairies, catch the scent of fresh herbs and flowers or taste sparkling, bright ales and ciders. Prepare for the races and those sunny spring days by picking out your perfect picnic, all under one roof. Tickets for Spring Flavour Exchange will be on sale from August.

Price: $32.50 + bf via Ticketek or $37.50 on the door
Tickets include 14 tasting vouchers and a tasting glass to take home

VIC100 Wine Awards


Celebrate the best of Victoria’s wine with the inaugural VIC100 Wine Awards. The VIC100 builds on the tradition of the long-standing Fed Square Wine Awards but with a fresh new focus. The VIC100 is designed to judge and identify the top 100 wines of Victoria, including a VIC1 trophy for the wine considered the best of the year, and a number of regional awards to support and recognise the distinct wine regions within Victoria. 


The VIC100 will be announced on Thursday 4 September as part of Spring Flavour Exchange. Join a special tasting of the top 100 wines on Saturday 6 September.
